Our new Wellness Center features state of the art Technogym fitness equipment and cloud technology to plan and track your activity.  Our full time wellness staff will orient you to the wellness center and develop personalized exercise plans to include group exercises classes.

Keeping Fitness in Mind for Seniors

We understand the importance and benefits of physical fitness, which is why our senior communities provide fitness opportunities to residents. Enhancing their quality of life through wellness of mind, body and spirit.

Regular exercise is probably the single most important thing one can do to slow down the aging process. Benefits recognized by residents include increased muscle tone, improved range of motion, improved circulation, enhanced balance and mobility decreased pain and improved overall strength along with a great opportunity to socialize.

Wellness Directors schedule daily fitness and exercise programs. Residents may select to exercise at their leisure as well.

Village Shores also offers community memberships for seniors 55 and older.
